# Manage your KudosWall subscription

> Upgrade your plan, update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel your subscription — all from the Billing tab in Settings.

KudosWall handles all payments through **Stripe**. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure, hosted checkout page — KudosWall never stores your payment information. To manage anything billing-related, go to **Dashboard > Settings > Billing**.

## Upgrade your plan

    Go to **Dashboard > Settings** and click the **Billing** tab.

  <Step title="Choose a plan">
    Click **Upgrade** next to the plan you want.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete checkout">
    You'll be redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Enter your payment details and confirm the purchase.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enjoy your new plan">
    Your upgraded plan is active immediately after payment is confirmed.

## Manage your subscription

Use the Stripe Customer Portal to update your payment method, download past invoices, or cancel your subscription.

    Go to **Dashboard > Settings** and click the **Billing** tab.

  <Step title="Open the portal">
    Click **Manage Billing**. You'll be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Make your changes">
    From the portal you can:

    * Update your payment method
    * Download past invoices
    * Cancel your subscription

## Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal — no need to contact support. When you cancel:

* Your current plan remains **active until the end of the billing period** you've already paid for.
* After that period ends, your workspace automatically reverts to the **Free plan limits** (5 testimonials, 1 project, no branding controls).
* Your testimonials and data are not deleted — they remain in your account.

## Lifetime plan

The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment of **\$199** processed through Stripe. There are no recurring charges and your access never expires. You receive every feature included in the Agency plan.

Because the Lifetime plan is not a subscription, the Stripe Customer Portal is still available for viewing your payment receipt but there is nothing to cancel.

  For billing questions or payment issues, contact support. Include your workspace ID — visible in **Dashboard > Settings > General** — for faster resolution.
