# Will my widget slow down my website?

We built kudoswall to be lightning fast.

You can also significantly increase the performance of your widget by changing the **data-lazyload="false"** on the embed code to **data-lazyload="true"**

That way it won't affect your page's pagespeed scores and it won't slow down the rest of your page at all.
