KudosWall handles all payments through Stripe. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe’s secure, hosted checkout page — KudosWall never stores your payment information. To manage anything billing-related, go to Dashboard > Settings > Billing.

Upgrade your plan

Open Billing settings

Go to Dashboard > Settings and click the Billing tab.

Choose a plan

Click Upgrade next to the plan you want.

Complete checkout

You’ll be redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Enter your payment details and confirm the purchase.

Enjoy your new plan

Your upgraded plan is active immediately after payment is confirmed.

Manage your subscription

Use the Stripe Customer Portal to update your payment method, download past invoices, or cancel your subscription.

Open Billing settings

Go to Dashboard > Settings and click the Billing tab.

Open the portal

Click Manage Billing. You’ll be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal.

Make your changes

From the portal you can:
  • Update your payment method
  • Download past invoices
  • Cancel your subscription

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal — no need to contact support. When you cancel:
  • Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
  • After that period ends, your workspace automatically reverts to the Free plan limits (5 testimonials, 1 project, no branding controls).
  • Your testimonials and data are not deleted — they remain in your account.

Lifetime plan

The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment of $199 processed through Stripe. There are no recurring charges and your access never expires. You receive every feature included in the Agency plan. Because the Lifetime plan is not a subscription, the Stripe Customer Portal is still available for viewing your payment receipt but there is nothing to cancel.
For billing questions or payment issues, contact support. Include your workspace ID — visible in Dashboard > Settings > General — for faster resolution.
