A collection page is the public-facing form your customers fill out to leave a testimonial. Each page gets its own URL, and you can create multiple pages to target different audiences, campaigns, or products. Once a page is live, use the editor tabs to configure exactly what it looks like and how it behaves.

Create your collection page

1

Go to Dashboard > Collections

Log in to KudosWall and click Collections in the left sidebar. This is where all your collection pages are listed.
2

Click New Collection

Click the New Collection button in the top-right corner.
3

Enter a name for your collection

Give the collection an internal label — this is only visible to you in the dashboard. Choose something descriptive like “Post-purchase feedback” or “Agency clients Q1”.
4

Your collection page is created

KudosWall generates a collection page with a unique URL in the format https://kudoswall.org/collect/{slug}. You can share this URL directly with customers.
5

Click Customize to open the editor

Click the Customize button on your new collection to open the collection editor, where you can configure every aspect of the page.

What the editor tabs do

The editor has six tabs across the top. Here is what each one controls: Branding — Set your accent color, background color, and font family. On Pro, you can also upload a custom .woff2 font file and display your workspace logo on the collection page. Form — Choose which fields appear on the form (Full Name, Email, Company, Job Title, LinkedIn URL), whether each field is required or optional, and — on Pro — override the default label and placeholder text for each field. Content — Write the headline and subheading that appear at the top of your collection page. Also customize the thank-you screen: the title, body message, and an optional CTA button that sends customers to a URL of your choice after they submit. Advanced — Edit the URL slug, toggle star ratings on or off, set a minimum character count for the testimonial text, and specify a redirect URL to send customers to after they submit. Domain — Connect a custom domain (for example, testimonials.yourcompany.com) so the collection page appears under your own brand rather than kudoswall.org. Requires a Pro plan or higher. Share — Copy the direct link to your collection page to share with customers.
Settings auto-save 1.5 seconds after you stop making changes. You can also click Save at any time to save immediately.
