Tags let you group testimonials by theme, customer type, product area, or any other label that makes sense for your business. Once a testimonial is tagged, you can use those tags as filters when configuring a widget — so the right testimonial appears in the right place.Documentation Index

Adding a tag to a testimonial
Go to Dashboard > Testimonials
Open the testimonial you want to tag. Tags can be added to any testimonial regardless of its status.
Create or select a tag
Type a tag name and press Enter to create a new tag, or select an existing one from the list. Tags are assigned a color automatically.
How tags work across your workspace
Tags are workspace-wide. Any tag you create is available across all your projects, so you don’t have to recreate them for each collection. If you delete a tag from the tag manager, it’s removed from every testimonial it was applied to.Tagging strategies
There’s no single right way to tag, but a consistent system from the start saves you time later. Some common approaches:- By product feature —
pricing,onboarding,support,integrations - By customer type —
enterprise,small-business,agency,freelancer - By content type —
quick-win,detailed-review,case-study
Using tags to filter widgets
When you set up or edit a widget, the Filter Tags setting controls which testimonials the widget shows. Select one or more tags, and only testimonials with those tags will appear in that widget. This is useful for embedding targeted social proof — for example, a widget on your pricing page filtered topricing testimonials, and a different widget on your support page filtered to support testimonials.
