When a customer submits a testimonial through your collection page, it lands in your dashboard with a Pending status. Nothing goes live automatically — you decide what your visitors see. Go to Dashboard > Testimonials to review everything that’s come in.Documentation Index

What you see in the Testimonials list
Each submission shows the author’s name, role, company, star rating, and the testimonial text. A status badge indicates whether it’s pending, approved, or rejected. You can filter the list by status using the tabs at the top, search by name or keyword, and sort by newest, oldest, highest rating, or featured first.Approving and rejecting testimonials
Review a submission
Read the testimonial text, author details, and star rating. Click Preview from the overflow menu (the
··· icon) to see how it will look in a widget.Additional actions
Once you’ve approved a testimonial, two more options become useful:- Mark as featured — opens the overflow menu on any card and toggles the “Featured” label. Featured testimonials are sorted to appear first in widgets that use the “Featured first” sort order.
- Copy as quote — copies the testimonial text to your clipboard, formatted as a pull quote.
On the Free plan, you can have up to 5 approved testimonials at a time. Once you reach that limit, new approvals are blocked until you either delete an existing approved testimonial or upgrade to Pro for unlimited storage.
