Find your collection link
Open the collection editor and click the Share tab. You will see the Direct Collection Link, which sends customers straight to the text testimonial form:kudoswall.org.
Customizing your slug
The{slug} at the end of your URL is editable. Go to the Advanced tab and update the URL Slug field. Slugs must use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only — no spaces or special characters.
Changing the slug changes the URL, so update any links you have already shared.
Ideas for sharing
The best time to ask for a testimonial is right after a customer has a positive experience. Here are some effective places to share your collection link:- Email signature — Add a short line like “Loved working with us? Share your experience →” and link to your collection page.
- Post-purchase email — Include the link in your order confirmation or onboarding sequence, a few days after the customer has had time to use the product.
- Customer success outreach — When a customer reports a win or thanks you in a conversation, follow up with a personal ask and the link.
- Support ticket close — When you resolve a support ticket, end with a thank-you and a link to leave feedback.
- Social media — Share the link in your bio, a story, or a post asking for community reviews.
