A collection page is the public-facing side of KudosWall — it’s the URL you share with your customers when you want to gather testimonials. Anyone with the link can visit the page, fill out the form, and submit their feedback. You control everything about how that page looks and what it asks.

Your collection page URL

By default, your collection page is available at:
https://kudoswall.org/collect/{slug}
The {slug} is a short, URL-friendly identifier you choose for each collection. You can customize it at any time from the Advanced tab in the collection customizer.
On Pro, Agency, and Lifetime plans, you can connect a custom domain so your collection page lives at a URL like testimonials.yourcompany.com instead. See Custom domain setup.

What happens when a customer visits

When someone opens your collection page, here’s what they experience:
1

They see your branded form

The page shows your headline, subheading, logo, and brand colors. On Pro and above, you control all of these. On Free, KudosWall’s default branding is used.
2

They fill in their details

The form collects their name (required), and optionally their email, company, job title, and LinkedIn profile URL — depending on which fields you’ve enabled.
3

They write their testimonial and rate you

Customers type their testimonial text and, if you’ve enabled star ratings, select a score from 1 to 5.
4

They submit

After submitting, they see your customized thank-you message. You can optionally redirect them to your website or show a call-to-action button.

What happens in your dashboard

Every submission lands in your dashboard with a status of pending. You review it, then approve or reject it. Only approved testimonials appear in your widgets.
Submissions are never published automatically. You always have the final say before anything goes public.

What you can customize

The collection customizer lets you adjust every aspect of your page. Branding options are available on Pro and above; basic form fields and content settings apply to all plans.
