Workspaces and projects in KudosWall

A workspace is your top-level account container in KudosWall. Inside it, you create collections, invite team members, and manage all your testimonials.

Every KudosWall account has exactly one workspace. Think of it as your account’s home base — it holds your collections, your team, and all the testimonials you’ve gathered. You don’t create or name a workspace manually; it’s set up automatically when you sign up.

Collections: projects inside your workspace

Within your workspace, you create collections (also called projects). Each collection has its own public page where customers submit testimonials, and its own unique URL slug. Collections let you organize testimonials by product, campaign, or client — for example, one collection for your core product and another for a specific launch.

The workspace name appears on invitation emails sent to team members when you invite them to collaborate.

How many collections can you have?

The number of collections you can create depends on your plan.

If you need more than one collection, upgrade to Agency or Lifetime. Both plans allow up to five collections.

Team members and roles

You invite collaborators at the workspace level — a team member you add gets access to everything inside that workspace. KudosWall supports three roles:

Owner

Full control over the workspace, including billing and deleting the account.

Admin

Can manage collections, testimonials, widgets, and team members.

Member

Can view and manage testimonials, but cannot change workspace settings.

Team member invites are available on Pro, Agency, and Lifetime plans. Free accounts are single-user only.
