How to update your payment information

This article explains how to update your payment information for your kudoswall account.

This is applicable only for paid accounts: Pro and Agency.

Method 1: Use the payment update link in your email

The easiest way to update your payment information is to use the unique link that is sent to your email address.

1. Open your email inbox and search for an email from kudoswall with a subject line like “Update your payment information” or “Your payment has failed”.
2. Open the email and click on the link to update your payment information.
3. You will be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your new payment details.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
